The Royal Society of Canada (RSC) is a fellowship of leading scholars, artists and intellectuals in Canada. The RSC is composed of nearly 2,000 fellows and welcomes approximately 80 new fellows annually.
When new fellows join the RSC community they are participating in more than a century and a quarter’s tradition of recognizing intellectual excellence. They also become part of the RSC’s commitment to promote knowledge and provide non-partisan expert advice to Canadians and the world.
Fellows of the RSC are nominated by their peers for their outstanding contributions in the arts, the humanities and sciences, as well as in Canadian public life. Becoming a Fellow of the RSC is one of the highest levels of recognition of artistic and intellectual accomplishment in Canada.
If you wish to nominate one of your peers to become a fellow of Canada’s National Academy, please follow the instructions to complete the required form which can be found under the Fellow Nomination Forms tab.
Step-by-Step instructions will be established once the online form is finalized.
