The lecture will review the achievements and limits of Moscow’s endeavors in theses arenas and their prospects for the future. On this basis it will also assess the opportunities and constraints for the “new beginnings” of US relations with Russia, as sought by the Obama Administration.

On this basis he will also assess the opportunities and constraints for the “new beginnings” of US relations with Russia, as sought by the Obama Administration in a lecture titled "Russia's Search for a new Place in the World Order (1992-2012)."
